It's taken me way to long to get around to posting this  update. Seems there is always something more important to do at the moment.  February was the month that I began to experiment with pre-maintenance and  also to focus on toning my body. Lots of hours on the Bowflex machine and  a few more carbs in the diet.

The bottom line is no weight lost for the month. When I get around to posting the graphs you will see that there was weight loss, I actually got down to 161 on the 13th for a few hours and then back up. I am getting stronger  though so I'm sure most of the weight gain is muscle. Almost all of the exercises I do on the Bowflex increased in weigh.
